Rafael Ignacio S. Under Raf’s leadership, MAD Travel has planted over 50,000 trees across 3,000 hectares of ancestral land, fostering food security and agroforestry. A significant portion of its revenue supports rural communities and social enterprises, empowering locals to become eco-entrepreneurs.

Beyond tourism, Raf co-founded The Circle Hostel and MAD Market, and is exploring sustainable construction solutions for low-carbon development.
