Victor Mari C. Baguilat Jr. is the founder and CEO Kandama Social Enterprise, which empowers indigenous women weavers in Julongan, Kiangan, Ifugao. Driven by a mission to preserve culture, protect the environment, and provide sustainable livelihoods, Victor launched Kandama in 2017 to revive the dying tradition of weaving. Through Kandama, he provides fair compensation, skills training, and community development support while connecting local weavers to global markets.

Victor’s innovative use of blockchain technology ensures authenticity for handcrafted products and highlights the ethical, sustainable story behind each piece. Kandama has graced international stages such as Paris, New York, Melbourne, and Seoul Fashion Weeks, and has been featured in Vogue Italia.

Recognized as one of Asia’s "Top 100 Social Enterprises to Watch" in 2018, Victor continues to champion Filipino heritage and grassroots empowerment—earning him the Ramon V. del Rosario Siklab Award 2024.
